Erica Flores Baltodano began her career working on
cutting-edge social justice and civil rights issues in
Los Angeles and is now managing partner of Baltodano & Baltodano LLP, an employment law firm in San Luis Obispo.
A graduate of UCLA (Sociology & Public Policy) and
UC Berkeley Law School, Ms. Baltodano is the 2002 recipient of Boalt Hall’s prestigious Francine Diaz Memorial award for
her steadfast commitment to public interest law.
In 2016, she was awarded the Frank J. Pentangelo Award for her creative contributions to the San Luis Obispo Bar Association Bulletin, where she merges lessons in the law with lessons in parenting in a recurring column called Mommy Esquire. She is a leading authority on coastal access, climate, environmental justice, and the public trust doctrine.
