Central Coast Afro Rhythm and Dance
Central Coast Afro Rhythm and Dance are a San Luis Obispo based Dance Troupe who will perform a drumming call to order. Every Wednesday they offer an all levels dance class where you can learn traditional dances from Guinea, West Africa. The teacher, Mory Bangoura is from Guinea, West Africa and brings a fresh teaching style to traditional Guinea rhythms and dances. Find out more: Website, Facebook

 

Inga Swearingen
Inga Swearingen is an Atascadero singer songwriter. Whether putting her personal stamp on a jazz standard or combining the understated grooves of bossa nova with Swedish folk melodies, Inga captivates her audience with her gift of joyful melodic invention. Her highly anticipated fourth album, Let Me Call This Home speaks of the yin and yang pull of home, having a longing for it, and wanting to leave it to ultimately come home again. Melody Klemin
Singer-songwriter Melody Klemin’s work is direct, intimate, and­–as the title of her debut album Cliffs suggests–willing to take risks to reach a sweeping beauty. Voices Three
Karen Wilkins, Gay Weisenthal, and Dana Fiore are friends who have been singing together for some time for the pure joy that it brings. They are making their debut at the Women’s March in San Luis Obispo as “Voices Three” and are looking forward to lifting their voices with yours.

 

 

Samba Loca
Samba Loca is a 10 piece percussion group based out of San Luis Obispo’s Drum Circuit devoted to high energy entertainment and Afro-Brazilian percussion education. They will be dropping beats along the way and throwing down in the park after the march! Find out more: Facebook
